The lobbying services of include the following: We can draft legislation, prepare and present testimony at legislative and regulatory hearings, discuss issues and positions with officials and other interested parties, file all requisite registration and accountability and disclosure reports. We attend hearings during the Session and the Interim; maintain a full-time presence at the Legislature when it is in session; communicate developments on a weekly basis, or more frequently as events dictate; and assist clients in the analysis of this information. We help clients bring their messages to officials by organizing and coordinating citizen participation and coalition-building activities.
